Wondering what it’s like to work with SRG? We’ve gathered the answers to some of our frequently asked questions.

How does the application process work?
When you are contacted for an appointment you’ll come in to fill out an application form and the necessary paperwork. We go over your work history and preferences. The process varies depending on the type of employment you are looking for. Typically it will require you to go through assessments evaluating your skills level, safety training, an interview and completion of paperwork. We also conduct references with your previous employers and do drug testing. The whole process takes about 2 hours.

Based on the results of your assessments and interview, we work on matching you with employment opportunities best suited for you and that meets the criteria of the placement. Depending on the placement we may have you stay a little longer or come back for additional training and orientations.

Is there a fee to apply with you?
Absolutely not! We do not charge applicants or team members. Our clients pay us for our services to recruit individuals to work at their facilities.
Do you only have temporary jobs?
SRG offers much more than just short-term positions. While most of our jobs are temporary in nature in the beginning, there is potential that they will result in permanent employment for top performers. As well, we work with many leading companies that offer permanent opportunities immediately, as part of our professional search service.
What are the advantages of choosing to work with SRG?

After my interview how should I stay in contact?
We do our best to find you an opportunity as quickly as possible and will be in touch with you as soon as we do. However, we do encourage you to keep in touch with your availability and to let us know should you have any changes to your contact information.
What if I’m not happy where I am working?
If you don’t like your current placement, we encourage you to speak with us directly about it. We want you to be happy where you work so we will do our best to help you find a more suitable position.
If my assignment is ending, will I be considered for other opportunities?
Absolutely! As soon as we know your position will be ending and providing everything worked out well, we will actively be on the lookout for suitable job openings for you. As well, please ensure you keep us up to date on your availability.
When do I get paid?
For the most part team members are paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Depending on the client you work for, you may be paid on a bi-weekly basis.
Do you take extra money off my pay?
When you are offered a position with SRG, the wage you are offered is the wage you will get in full, minus the standard government deductions. (We all have to pay taxes, right?) SRG is compensated solely by the clients that use our services.
Can I still qualify for a full time job if I’m currently working in a temporary position?
Definitely! If you’re flexible and willing to work in a temporary position until a full time opportunity becomes available, we are more than happy to work with you to make that happen.
I really like the place where I’m working; how can I get hired on by them?
There’s always the potential for you to get hired on by the company you are working at. We encourage you to contact us so that we can discuss the possibilities with you and with our client.
What should I do if I can’t make it into work?
Things happen. If for some reason you won’t be able to make it into work or will be late for your shift, please call our office immediately and we’ll contact the client. We are available 24/7. (You should have received our after hours contact information; if you have not please ask your office to provide that to you).
What if I’m not interested in a certain position offered to me; can I turn it down?
We understand that not every job is for every person.  We want you to be happy with the position you accept so if it’s not for you, feel free to decline and we’ll certainly continue to contact you for other opportunities as they become available.

You can access SRG’s job board anytime to view all of our current job listings at jobs.SRGhr-USA.com. If you don’t see anything of interest, we encourage you to contact us anytime to find out about other opportunities that may be available.

Do you provide health benefits
Take advantage of our Team Member ACA compliant Health Care Benefit plans including a fully-insured Minimum Value Plan subsidized by SRG and a self-funded Minimum Essential Coverage Plan. We also offer a self-funded supplemental coverage for benefits such as dental, vision, LTD and life insurance.
